I knew you were for me,
Even though at first you did not see.
I love the way you smiled,
I felt I could walk for miles,
Just to make you mine,
And have someone to make time.
I can hardly wait until we wed,
And can sleep soundly in our bed.
I hope we stay and grow old together,
And when the time comes we leave with the same wing feathers.
I love you with all of my heart,
And that nothing can tear our love apart.
